Do You Believe?
Do you Believe? http://doyoubelieve.com/
First of all, I'm sorry I haven't blogged in a while..
Angie and I saw the "Do you believe" movie today. It was outstanding. The last 20 minutes of the movie just "blew me away".
A "God thing" happened after we left the movie on the way home. Here is what happened:
The last few weeks I have felt called to get my heart back fixed on serving my Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. Seven years ago, I felt a call to some sort of ministry, specifically perhaps hospice volunteering. I began the process of applying and preparing to be a hospice volunteer, a few weeks ago. I had to have a TB test this week. I knew it would be positive because I had to have treatment for a positive TB test in the Air Force, 30 years ago. They told me then that I would always have a positive test, the rest of my life. Well, went by the hospice today, on the way home from the movie theatre, to have a test area evaluated, after having the test initiated with an injection a few days ago. I told the nurse (before she looked at it) that it was going to be positive. She then examined my arm and said, no it's negative. I said, "WHAT did you say?". She said it is negative. You could have knocked me over with a feather. I've got more tests to do, but folks this was a God thing. Statistics show that only 10% (or fewer) folks have negative tests, after having a positive one, and undergoing the TB-germ therapy. By the way, if you get a positive test, then volunteering is still possible but it is a rather complicated process to prove you don't have TB.
Do ya think God got involved? You betcha He did. I can't wait to see what He is going to do next; it's going to be cool...
Bless the Lord for He is good, His mercy endures forever.
Do I believe? You bet I do!
Blessings,
George
